Do you actually serve my county?
We currently serve 38 counties across North Carolina, South Carolina, and southern Virginia — including the entire Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Rock Hill, and Lancaster metros, plus most of the Triad and Triangle outer rings. If you're on the edge of our service area, submit anyway — we sometimes partner with regional crews we trust, and we'll tell you honestly if your address is outside our driving radius.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Soft-wash chemistry actually needs a cloudy or overcast day to dwell properly — full midday sun evaporates the solution before it finishes working. Light rain doesn't stop us; a thunderstorm with lightning does, for crew safety and so the chemistry doesn't wash off mid-treatment. If we have to reschedule for weather, you go to the front of the next available crew window with no fee.
I have three properties — can I bundle them on one form?
Yes — common for landlords, HOAs, and small-business owners with multiple storefronts. Submit the first property through the form above, then reply to the quote email with the additional addresses. We'll fold them into one written estimate and discount the per-property trip fee once we're on site for the first job.
